JD: Product Development & Requirements Gathering Opening

Experience: 3 - 5 years in BPO/KPO industry working with Operations /Transitions

Qualification: CA / MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes/universities

Domain: Domain experience in F&A

Job Description:

• This role is a client facing role, that requires the Business Analyst to travel to client locations to gather requirements based on which Base))) will be customized. The requirement gathering process does not involve simply asking the customers what they want. Instead, it is a consultative role that demands the ability to probe symptoms, identify problems, arrive at solution and sell the solution to not only the client but also Wipro’s stakeholders.
• He has to articulate the requirements effectively and ensure that the technology team understands it.
• He has to provide post-live support for 4 weeks to ensure all Operations and Clients are incorporated.
• He has to measure the final value delivered and create a case study that both internal and external clients, sign-off.

Skills Required:

1. Strong domain knowledge and hands on experience in Finance and Accounts
2. Process Mapping expertise is a must. Hands on knowledge and experience on working on Process Mapping tools.
3. Onsite project experience is must.
4. Excellent communication skills –written & verbal
5. Should have working knowledge in any one to more the following: Workflow Systems / BPM Tools / Document Management Systems / Business Intelligence Tools

Qualities Needed:

1. Must be highly self motivated & proactive, with the ability to motivate and drive a team of intelligent and opinionated colleagues
2. Eye for detail
3. Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
4. Comfort with ambiguity, a high degree of pro-activeness and flexibility
