Thank You Letter

April 8th, 2007 · No Comments

You have finished an interview/meeting with you prospective employer? Have you mailed a thank you letter/email yet?

If it is not a on the spot decision and offer like in some of the university placements, then you must send a thank you letter to your interviewer. Now, hope you did not forget to take a visiting card with the email address.

If you have no contact info, call the company and ask for it.

Make this small step happen. It’s a must. It is also your best chance to offer further ammo on your suitability for the job. Add a couple of client quotes/ award hyperlinks, or talk about something that is bug news which can impact their business. Act like you are a part of them, and they will start seeing you as one!
