What is CageBreak?

Having worked with 500+ professionals at different career stages, we saw some common challenges that most people face:

(a) why is my work and effort not getting the due reward?
(b) how can I get a better work-life balance?
(c) if I am fed up with my current job, how can I search for something better?

All of the above are symptoms that you are not enjoying your work.

CageBreak aims to help you break away from a job where you are not satisfied, and get a job that you truly enjoy doing. And as you will see across this site, a ‘job’ does not necessarily mean "sitting in front of a computer in an office cubicle".

A satisfying job is something where your interests and skills are used properly, and you also earn a satisfactory reward.
Top performers in all industries and sports are those people who truly enjoy their work.

Of course, there are some top performers who will tell you they are in it for money. They are probably choosing to cover their real psychological needs, and will hopefully venture out in the future.

This site is really about you. A variety of career insights will be shared here, and you can decide which ones look relevant for your case.

But given that 1 in 2 persons is not really happy with his/her job, there’s a good chance that you can benefit from this site. Thanks for coming. Please bookmark this site, so that you can easily return to it everytime you need career inputs.
